NOCTURN SPORT

Pre-match odds feed built on in-house models

A structured, versioned feed of our own prices, designed to be cheap to consume and easy to keep in sync.

Updated October 4, 2026

Our odds feed delivers Nocturn Sport's pre-match prices to operators. Every price in it is calculated by our own models; nothing is copied from another bookmaker or bought from a third-party price supplier. This page describes how the feed is organised and how updates reach your system.

Feed structure

The data follows a simple hierarchy that maps directly onto a sportsbook menu:

  1. Sports, such as football, basketball, ice hockey or esports;
  2. Tournaments within each sport, such as a domestic league or the League of Legends World Championship;
  3. Events, the individual matches, with participants and start time;
  4. Markets on each event, for example 1X2, over/under 2.5 goals, a handicap or a series winner;
  5. Outcomes within each market, each carrying its price.

Market types follow the sport: football carries 1X2, over/under lines of 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 goals, BTTS and goal handicaps; basketball and American football get the winner with overtime included, a main spread and a main total; League of Legends series get the winner, map handicap ±1.5, total maps and correct score.

Snapshot and versioned deltas

On first connection your system takes a full snapshot. From then on it polls with its last version, around every 10 seconds, and receives only what changed: new events, moved prices, suspended or removed markets. If your system restarts, it simply asks for changes since its stored version, or reloads the snapshot.

Suspension and closing

An event or market can be suspended at any time, either automatically or from the back office, and the suspension appears in the next delta. Markets close one minute before the start by default, and operators can set their own closing time. Prices stay between the minimum and maximum odds set by each operator.

Why a versioned feed

Push-style feeds send every message to every client, which forces the operator to run infrastructure that can absorb bursts and recover from gaps. A versioned pull model is simpler: your system asks when it is ready, receives a compact list of changes, and always knows exactly how current its copy is. It suits casino platforms adding sports as an extra vertical, as well as teams that want to cache the offer on their own servers and serve it to many players. Identifiers for sports, tournaments, events, markets and outcomes stay stable across versions, so mapping them once is enough.

Margin per operator

The feed can carry your own margin, applied proportionally across a market's outcomes: price = 1 / (probability × (1 + margin)). Our model's view of relative chances is preserved, only the overround changes.

Access

The feed is part of the sportsbook API and can also be reached through SoftAggregator alongside casino games. To request access or documentation, see our contact page, e-mail [email protected] or contact @mentionso on Telegram. Prices are on request.

Frequently asked questions

Is the odds feed live or pre-match?

Pre-match. In-play pricing is under development and not yet part of the feed.

Where do the prices in the feed come from?

From Nocturn Sport's own models: Poisson goals models, normal-distribution points models and Elo ratings. There is no third-party price source.

How do we know which updates we missed?

Each poll sends the last version you received, and the feed returns every change since that version.

Can a market be suspended from our side?

Yes. The back office lets you suspend an event or override prices, and the change is reflected in the feed.
