Sportsbook API for casinos and betting operators
One API to receive our in-house odds, place bets, read bet history and keep player balances in sync.
Updated October 4, 2026
The Nocturn Sport sportsbook API is built for operators who want full control of their front end while relying on our odds and betting engine. It covers four jobs: delivering the odds, accepting bets, reporting bet history and handling the player balance. Behind it, a back office gives your trading or risk team the controls it needs.
Odds feed: snapshot, then versioned deltas
When your system connects, it loads a full snapshot of the pre-match offer. After that, it polls with the last version number it holds, roughly every 10 seconds, and receives only the deltas: new events, price changes, suspended or closed markets. Versioning means you never miss an update and never reload the whole catalogue just to see what moved. The structure and versioning are described on the odds feed page.
Bet placement
- Singles and accumulators, with one selection per event on an accumulator.
- Request IDs on each placement call, so a retry after a network error never creates a duplicate bet.
- Validation against the operator's limits: minimum and maximum odds, maximum stake, maximum payout and maximum selections per ticket.
- Price checks at placement, so a bet is accepted at the price that is current, not one that has already moved.
Bet history and player balance
The API returns a player's bet history with status and settlement, which you can show in your account pages or feed into your reporting. Balance calls keep the sportsbook wallet aligned with your platform's player account.
Back-office controls behind the API
Your team can suspend an event, override any price, settle results, view liability per event and market, and set the margin, the limits and the closing time before the start. The margin is applied proportionally across each market's outcomes, so the relative probabilities from our model stay intact.
A typical integration flow
- Load the snapshot and build your sports, tournaments and events menu from it.
- Start the polling loop with the version you received, and apply each delta to your local copy.
- When a player confirms a slip, send the placement with a fresh request ID and the prices shown.
- Show the accepted bet, update the balance, and read bet history for the player's account page.
- Let your risk team use the back office for suspensions, overrides and settlement.
Because the feed is versioned, a short outage on your side costs nothing: on reconnection you ask for the changes since your last version and continue.
How to integrate
You can connect directly, or receive casino games and Nocturn Sport through a single integration with SoftAggregator. If you prefer not to build a front end, see the white-label sportsbook. For documentation and access, go to our contact page or write to [email protected]; you can also reach @mentionso on Telegram. Commercial terms are on request.
Frequently asked questions
How often should we poll the odds feed?
About every 10 seconds, sending the last version you hold. You then receive only the changes since that version.
What prevents duplicate bets on a network retry?
Each placement carries a request ID. If the same request is sent twice, it is recognised and not placed again.
Which bet types does the API support?
Singles and accumulators, with one selection per event in an accumulator, subject to the maximum number of selections you set.
Is the sportsbook API pre-match only?
Yes, today. In-play odds are in development and are not part of the current feed.
